Kids Gaelic games

Kids Gaelic games are a fun way to learn the basics of Gaelic games, including Gaelic football, camogie, and hurling. The sessions cater for 4- to 12-year-olds and all boys and girls are welcome to attend. The emphasis of the sessions is on having fun and getting to know the basics of the games. The sessions take place in Lower Hutt/Wellington and Paraparaumu during the summer months. We have now wrapped up for the summer, but are already looking forward to the 2023/23 summer season.

Kids Gaelic games in schools

If you' re interested in showcasing Gaelic games in your child's primary school and would like our club to assist, contact us at kids@wellingtongaa.com. We'd be more than keen to organise this. In 2022, we demonstrated Gaelic games in Eastern Hutt Primary school and it was very well received by the kids and teaching staff.
