Hamilton junior football tournament 2017

A junior football tournament was hosted by Naomh Críostóir (Hamilton) on 11 November.

Wellington/Hutt Valley GFHA sent a men’s junior football team to compete. The team was largely made up of lads playing in their first ever competitive matches. Seven different nations were represented in the squad of 13: New Zealand, Ireland, Australia, USA, Canada, Wales and Brazil. So to come away with one win from three games was a great experience for these players. A thoroughly enjoyable weekend was had by all. Thanks to Angus Howden for organising.
